About terroir
Terroir Wines was founded in 2025 by us, Tim and Marnix. After more than a decade of travelling and tasting across Europe, we focus on importing wines with a clear sense of place and identity.
We specialise in authentic discoveries from small, independent producers and wines that are rarely found elsewhere in the Netherlands. Our portfolio ranges from precise, food-driven wines to limited allocations for more ambitious lists.
Working directly from cellar to table, we build close, long-term relationships with our growers. This guarantees provenance, integrity and fair pricing, while allowing us to represent each domaine exclusively in the Dutch market.
We work closely with restaurants, wine bars and retailers, offering access to distinctive wines that bring depth and character to every wine list.
